I picked up my Cooper S in the middle of December, and I am delighted with both the car and the service I got from Mrs MINI.
The entire buying process was completely painless- Tracey was knowledgeable, patient and completely without pressure. She was easy to contact and was more than happy to collect me from the train station en-route to collection.
Any minor work required was completed without hassle, and the vehicle was presented superbly, and a thorough test-drive offered.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tracey to anyone I know looking to buy a MINI- my girlfriend has already got one eye on the website for her next car!

It\'s been just over a week since we bought our awesome, pretty MINI.
Tracey has been a sheer delight when it came to organise the viewing, set for a drive and strike a deal. Tracey is the kind of person who knows her stuff as she handled the whole process in a very professional way - swift and accurate!
We love driving our stylish Pepper White MINI and Camelia (17) cannot wait until she is able take her on the road! One slight problem we have encountered so far: who is the owner as every one in the household is claiming ownership! I, as the actual owner, might to turn to Tracey and ask for a piece of advice - I am sure she\'s got plenty in store ;-))

We’ve just brought our lovely lil MINI (Vanilla) from Tracey and I must say it’s been an absolute pleasure! You don’t normally associate customer service and honesty with used cars sales but Tracey has proved that both are possible.
