I\'m so glad I came across Mrs Mini\'s website over the Christmas break, I knew I wanted a mini that was reasonably priced, low on economy, local to view and of course stylish and Tracey\'s cars ticked all the right boxes. Tracey even went all the way to Manchester to collect the car I chose for me to view within a turn around of a few days. However, when I mentioned it to my Dad to come with, he had concerns of it being a small or private seller/dealer.... as Dad\'s do!! Fortunately, within meeting Tracey all concerns were gone as she is a lovely and professional lady who we found extremely helpful. Tracey keeps her standards high and it definitely shows, so I\'d definitely recommend her to anyone similar to me who has concerned parents - You have nothing to worry about!

This, and locating a suitable car, was all done with no delay. Then, most importantly for me, you brought it to my home to test drive, not to mention guiding me through all the ensuing paperwork.

A few weeks after my 21st birthday, I purchased a white mini convertible from Tracey. I had spoken to her many times on the phone in the build up to my purchase to let her know exactly what I wanted and for what price. What she found exceeded my expectations and I love it to bits. Tracey was incredibly honest about when the best times of year were to get a great price for a convertible and I was very appreciative of her help. Although she does not have a fancy showroom, she does offer a show-stopping level of customer service that is unrivaled. She also has more patience than any sales person that I have ever met! Thank you so much for my little mini (Percy) and now I need you to help me install my Parrot! 🙂

Tracey was fantastic to deal with and helped get my 19 year-old daughter in the MINI she wanted & at a good price.   She is honest and upfront and I highly recommend her!
