Just bought my first ever mini and I love it. I"d had my previous car for 7 years, partly because I hate the hassle of buying cars, but Tracey made the whole process easy and fun. We found her after my husband spent hours researching on the net so we had a good feel for what was on the market. It helped my decision making a lot that I was able to chat to Tracey on the phone first to get a better idea of what model to go for. When we met Tracey for the test drive the car was immaculate and it proved Tracey's promise that she only deals with quality cars. I'm very happy with my car and would happily buy from Tracey again.

I would recommend Tracey and Mrs. MINI to any of my friends and colleagues looking for an efficient, fair and trust-worthy car-buying process. We were moving to the UK from the USA and needed to purchase a car. I found the Mrs. MINI website, did the research, and Tracey managed the rest.
