Tracey Sorry for the delay in giving you feedback but I have been out driving most of my spare time!!!! Very very happy with our mini that we purchased from you and the service you gave us. It can be a bit daunting as a woman dealing with car sales people and the banter that sometimes goes with it!!! So to be able to deal with another lady was comforting and refreshing for me. Recently purchased a fantastic low mileage Mini Cooper from Mrs Mini.At all times i found Tracey to be helpful knowledgeable and thoroughly professional and a real pleasure to deal with.The car comes with six months warranty and the assurance from Tracey " any problems,questions give me a ring" you know what, she means it. She's busy because she's genuine!

Thank you again for helping me to find the perfect Mini Clubman! I absolutely love it and I can't believe that you managed to find me my dream car so quickly. I've enclosed a photo of the dogs sitting in the back, I hang the thick blanket over the bumper when they get in and out of the car so that they don't scratch it.
