As you had guessed, I knew I wanted my car as soon as I saw the advert. It almost sold itself - but then there was you also to help me know it was the right MINI for me. I have had her a few days now and have fallen deeply in love with driving her - I'm driving a car that needs to be driven again ; it's great.
I couldn't recommend her as the perfect family car - but I didn't buy her for that, her benefits to ME outweigh the pitfalls of too many school bags :-). You will be pleased to know the tape measure came out and my daughter is tall enough (just) so the child seat will never be needed : it came out of the boot and went into the bin.....
I don't think I will ever buy a car from a man ever again - buying from you was made to be so pleasurable. All those 'silly' girl questions about the MINI that need asking - you had the answers and more ; without the rolling eyes a man would of given.
I know where to come for any advise, answers or 'stuff' for my MINI (and perhaps my next MINI).
As I said , I want to be you when I grow up !

My wife Pat has had three or four of the old Rover/Austin Mini\'s and decided to move on (nervously) to a BMW MINI. One that was a double for her old Mini Convertible became available at Mrs MINI. The car was a cracker and Tracey the owner of Mrs MINI bent over backwards with information, advice and just making sure we were happy with our choice of car. We put down £1000.00 deposit on the car and then through no fault of Mrs MINI (Tracey) or ourselves the sale could not go ahead. Without any fuss or problems Tracey immediately refunded our deposit. Tracey is no ARTHUR DALEY if you want HONESTY a SMOOTH and EASY TRANSACTION and all the INFORMATION and ADVICE you need then Tracey and Mrs MINI are really well worth dealing with.
Just a quick note thank you for your help getting my Mini sorted out recently and at such short notice too. Brilliant service, advice and the car looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend you to any Mini driver and will no doubt be back for more help in the future! Thanks again.
A massive thank you Tracey for all your help and support. Katie hasn\'t stopped smiling since we got the car back and her trips to the shops take a lot longer now, given that she goes the long way just to enjoy the drive and the car for a bit longer! She has already told 2 admirers of her car where to come too to find their pride and joy as well! I\'m sure we will be back again in a few years for the next one!
