Hi Tracey, just wanted to thank you for all the help and excellent customer service, with regard to the purchase of my MINI "Car-Bonne". From the almost instant reply to the initial email, the lengthy conversation on my requirements and also advice on the differences between pre and post 2006 MINIs and what extras were worth having. Being able to drive 3 different cars, one after the other really helped appreciate the differences and make the right choice for me. Also, would like to thank Phil for coming up with the idea of the Carbon Fibre Wing Mirror and Intake wraps, as this really sets the car off and its finished off with the JCW black alloys, I couldn't be happier. Ive had my mini for about 3 weeks now and can't get enough of driving it! Everyone loves it! Just want to say thank you for a great service and a great car. Her name is "Guinness" as i have been told by many with the white wheels (which everyone has said how good they look - brilliant choice made there!) and black body she looks like an upside down pint of Guinness!

I have moved to NZ with my family and left my Vitara with Tracey to sell on my behalf. I think that who ever has read the previous testimonials has already a very good overview of how Tracey treats her customers. But there is a HUGE difference between that and reality. So only if you contact Tracey you will understand how professional she is and how dedicated she is to her customers. For me everything worked perfectly and it was a very special case. I ordered my Mini before relocating to the UK from abroad and she did her magic once more and I had my Mini Cooper when I arrived. Thanks to Mrs Mini, a.k.a. Tracey, I am the proud owner of “BB” (Bad Banana), a yellow and black JCW Cooper S MINI. Throughout the whole purchase, from the first phone-call to the final sale, I found Tracey extremely professional and dedicated to ensure my wife and I purchased a car we both wanted and would enjoy! My advice to anyone who thinks a MINI is for them, is to give Tracey at Mrs Mini a ring and she will guide you through the models and specifications, and match them with your requirements. Tracey gave me a very personalised service and nothing was to much to ask. Even when an engine “glitch” needed addressing, Phil (Tracey’s technician) continually advised me of what work was being done and when - something that you don’t normally feel when dealing with larger garages. Cannot thank Tracey enough! Not only did I purchase a fabulous electric blue MINI Cooper that I absolutely love but I dealt with someone who was not only professional but an absolute pleasure and help from start to finish.
