It was a pleasure buying a Park Lane from Mrs. Mini and the car is fantastic and exactly what I was looking for. To begin with Tracey and I exchanged a couple of emails, I explained to her exactly what I wanted. It took Tracey about 5 weeks to find the right one with low miles for me, and when she had found "THE ONE" Tracey asked for the 10% sourcing deposit, after which my Park Lane was with her and ready for me to view 4 days later. Tracey was trustworthy, honest, gave very helpful advice and the whole service was very personal and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Sourcing a car is a service that takes all the hard work out of finding just the right one. I am delighted!

Hi Tracey, just wanted to thank you for all the help and excellent customer service, with regard to the purchase of my MINI "Car-Bonne". From the almost instant reply to the initial email, the lengthy conversation on my requirements and also advice on the differences between pre and post 2006 MINIs and what extras were worth having. Being able to drive 3 different cars, one after the other really helped appreciate the differences and make the right choice for me. Also, would like to thank Phil for coming up with the idea of the Carbon Fibre Wing Mirror and Intake wraps, as this really sets the car off and its finished off with the JCW black alloys, I couldn't be happier. Ive had my mini for about 3 weeks now and can't get enough of driving it! Everyone loves it! Just want to say thank you for a great service and a great car. Her name is "Guinness" as i have been told by many with the white wheels (which everyone has said how good they look - brilliant choice made there!) and black body she looks like an upside down pint of Guinness!

I have moved to NZ with my family and left my Vitara with Tracey to sell on my behalf. I think that who ever has read the previous testimonials has already a very good overview of how Tracey treats her customers. But there is a HUGE difference between that and reality. So only if you contact Tracey you will understand how professional she is and how dedicated she is to her customers. For me everything worked perfectly and it was a very special case. I ordered my Mini before relocating to the UK from abroad and she did her magic once more and I had my Mini Cooper when I arrived. Thanks for everything Tracey and I am sure you will help me again in the future to find for me a Cooper S....!!!!
