Thanks to Mrs Mini, a.k.a. Tracey, I am the proud owner of “BB” (Bad Banana), a yellow and black JCW Cooper S MINI. Throughout the whole purchase, from the first phone-call to the final sale, I found Tracey extremely professional and dedicated to ensure my wife and I purchased a car we both wanted and would enjoy! My advice to anyone who thinks a MINI is for them, is to give Tracey at Mrs Mini a ring and she will guide you through the models and specifications, and match them with your requirements. Tracey gave me a very personalised service and nothing was to much to ask. Even when an engine “glitch” needed addressing, Phil (Tracey’s technician) continually advised me of what work was being done and when - something that you don’t normally feel when dealing with larger garages. So basically I’m one happy MINI owner (plus wife and twins) Thanks Tracey and Phil!

Thanks so much for advising me and then finding my grey Mini Cooper S. You spent a lot of time understanding me and then proposing the type of Mini that would be most suitable (and most fun). Attention to detail and first-class service were the things that particularly stood out in my mind; in addition to your bubbly personality. MiniMinx herself is a top quality car and you suggested a few customised chrome features which make her look just great. Cannot thank Tracey enough! Not only did I purchase a fabulous electric blue MINI Cooper that I absolutely love but I dealt with someone who was not only professional but an absolute pleasure and help from start to finish. Hi Tracey, Thank you so much for helping us to find the perfect mini for my daughter Chloe who is learning to drive. I recentley purchased a black mini one auto from Mrs Mini and i could not be happier! I described my ideal mini (interior, colour, price etc.) and it was found within a matter of days! Once i had viewed the car and decided it was the right one for it was ready straight away. Recently I got myself into a right old pickle with a finance company on one of my company's commercial vehicles. The finace people were a bit of a nightmare to deal with to say the least and they were threatening to come and take it away. In a bit of a panic I popped round to see Tracey, who I have know for a while. She managed to negotiate an agreement with the finance company, she settled the finance on my behalf, then managed to sell it and all within 10 days. Considering at one point I thought I would end up with nothing, I was pleased when Trace turned up on my doorstep with a fist full of cash for me. Great girl to have on your side.....

Mrs MINI is fantastic! Tracey was so helpful, knowledgeable and full of good advice. Her cars are impeccable, her prices are reasonable. If you want a decent MINI talk to Mrs MINI – you will not be disappointed. I bought a stunning MINI Cooper S Works off Tracey last week for my girlfriend, it’s so much fun I’m thinking of letting her have a go sometime!

I happened to see a Mrs Mini advert and intrigued I got in touch. This then moved onto a discussion with Tracey on what she does, how she worked and also my requirements. I wasn’t really expecting her to call less than 2 hours later with “I have got one”. Hence from a call on a Monday, I owned a Mini by the Thursday… however I think it can often take a lot longer to find a good one matching your requirements! I was impressed with Tracey’s attention to detail and trying to ensure she sourced an excellent car – basically she cares about your requirements and the car. Also although sourced for you, if you change your mind, she tries to source cars that would sell anyway, so there is a back stop for her. I have had the car a few weeks and each drive brings a smile to my face. Assuming the car continues to be as reliable and good as expected, I would have no quibbles with sourcing another Mini from Tracey and I also plan to use her servicing etc.

I bought my Mini Cooper a week ago and i love it! It’s great to drive and everyone has commented on how nice it is. Tracey was a massive help in my decision to get it, she went through everything I needed to know in detail an made sure I was completely satisfied before I bought it.
